Your First Visit
How to Schedule
Contact us by phone or email. We suggest you schedule an initial visit of 60 minutes and a follow-up visit one to two weeks later.

What to Wear
We provide gowns for women and you are welcome to bring a pair of shorts. We ask you to leave on your underwear.
Forms
Please download forms under the Forms tab. Fill out completely before your visit. We want to know the details of your symptoms, especially the ones that don’t seem related or are strange. The more complete picture we have, the better we can help you.
First Visit
We will go over your filled out health history form and ask additional questions so we can provide the most effective and efficient care.
We will assess how your body is working, including:
- Postural alignment
- Ease and symmetry of movement
- Specific joint restrictions
- Muscle tightness
- Autonomic nervous system balance
- Drainage of tissues
We will use an osteopathic approach to treat the most significant areas that are causing your problem and affecting your overall body. The majority of your visit will be hands-on treatment. We will share what we found and our recommendations for further care and ways to take care of yourself.
Payment
We accept checks, cash or credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. You can find our current rates under the Rates tab.
Insurance
Tim and Anne do not accept health insurance. Receipts are available if you wish to pursue reimbursement with your insurance company.
